WORKSHOP // Residual City Digital Mapping, Design and Fabrication Workshop, HKU We recently ran a fantastic digital mapping and fabrication workshop with Superposition in Hong Kong with students at the University of Hong Kong. More results to follow.

NEW PROJECT // We have an exciting new project we're working on.... SPACE GAP! Please join this event and help support our crowdfunding campaign. www.spacehive.com/spacegap Space Gap is a pavilion and event programme exploring the disparity of space allocation in London for London Design Festival 2018. Set in front of Olympia, design and social issues from homelessness to ghost mansions are tackled through immersive installations, films, performances, talks, debates and in the pavilion design itself.

PROJECT // "Village in The City" Public Space now complete. Our design for a public space in Nantou Ancient City in Shenzhen is now complete. The elements showcase a proposal for a new design code in place of the existing small house policy in hong Kong.

SITE PROGRESS // Portal House Moving to next phase of construction. Temporary supports straddling over the newly excavated double height music room space.

PROJECT UPDATE // The Village Code. "The Village Code" Exhibition at this years Shenzhen Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism has been completed. The exhibition presents an installation short films from a research studio at HKU examining Hong Kong urban villages.

SITE PROGRESS // 'Village in The City'. 'Village in The City' Public Space at the Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture. We have been working on a collaborative project for the design of a new public space at the Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture. The installation comprises 16 large scale concrete casts showcasing new housing typologies as an alternative design code to Hong Kong's small house policy.
